It’s that time of year again & I am so excited!

Last year I had so much fun with all of my amazing clients, I decided I would do it again & you get to join in the fun.

Having beautiful photos of your family is something that you get to treasure forever. They last the test of time, they bring great joy (& yes, laughs!!!) in the future when you look back on them & they provide cherished memories to pass down to your kids kids!

What is a Christmas Mini Session?

A Christmas Mini Session is designed to be fast, stress-free & fun. We get what we need, we have some fun doing it & we have a gorgeous end product you can keep forever!

Please note – the Christmas tree isn’t guaranteed. It’s very much weather dependent!

Is 20 minutes enough time? It doesn’t sound like much!

The beauty of the short time length is less stress! It’s totally not rushed, but it’s also not so long that we struggle with kids attention spans!

You’ll be surprised with what we can achieve in 20 minutes – you certainly won’t be disappointed!

How do I receive my photos?

It’s actually really easy! When your gallery is ready, I will send you an email with a link & from there you can grab yourself a wine (or whatever drink floats your boat – mine is Pepsi Max!!!) and enjoy viewing your beautiful photos. I guarantee it’s something you will look forward to!

How many photos do I get?

You will get to choose 10 of your favourites from your gallery & download them to keep.

If you wanted the whole gallery, there is an option to upgrade for an additional $49

What do I do with the digital photos?

Just like any digital photo that you have, you can take them to any Officeworks / Harvey Norman / Online photo lab and get them printed. It’s worth noting that some labs print better than others. I have my workflow calibrated to my professional lab and as such your printed photos may differ slightly depending on who you choose to print with.

I also recommend that you download your chosen photos to a USB or computer hard drive somewhere to keep forever.

I also recommend creating a photo book of your session! This can be done very easily through somewhere like Snapfish (You can always get in touch with me & I can offer some advice!)

What if it rains?

When you choose your booking, there will be an alternate rain date shown – please make sure you are available for both dates because if it does rain & we need to reschedule, it will be to that alternate date!

Who can I have in my photos?

If you & your best mate want some beautiful photos together – this is your time!

If you need some great lifestyle shots of yourself for your small business but don’t have the funds to invest in a full branding session – this is your time!

It’s a matter of being sensible with the time allotted! If you want to bring Nana & Pa, Aunts & Uncles, Cousins, or even all your best mates families – it won’t work in the 20 minutes we have for each session – it’s just not what a Mini Session is designed for! If you aren’t sure, send me a message & we can work it out together!

Where are you located? Where will the photos be?

That’s a great question! I am just outside of Wangaratta. At this stage the photos will more than likely be around my farm however I can’t confirm that until closer to the date (silly Covid!)

Would you travel to my chosen location?

No.

The idea of Christmas Mini Sessions (and their reduced price!) is to have them back to back in one location in order to minimise my costs & as such, yours too!

If you want photos at a specific location or at a time different to what I have advertised, you will need to contact me so we can arrange a full family session

How long before I get my photos?

I have a turn around time of 2 weeks and you can expect your gallery to be delivered within that time frame.

What do I wear?

That’s easy! I have a complete style guide that I will send you upon booking that gives heaps of tips & tricks to help you choose outfits. Keep an eye out for it in your emails after you have booked!

You can choose to do a Christmas theme if you like, it’s totally up to you!

How & when do I pay?

You will need to pay a booking fee of $50 to secure your spot! (This comes off your total balance due don’t worry!) The remainder of your balance will be due 3 days before your session.

It’s easy enough to pay – your Invoice will have banking details on it so you can transfer from your internet banking.

(*Please note that this Booking Fee is not refundable. If you choose to cancel at any time before your total balance is due, you will not be entitled to a refund. If you choose to cancel within 3 days of your session – the entire balance will be due & non refundable)

How do I book?

It’s super easy! Click the book now button & you will be taken to my booking page. – you will see what times are still available there!

After you pick your time you will get a confirmation email from calendly and within 24 hours I will send you the Invoice for your booking fee & contract for your Mini Session.

I’ll also send you my Style Guide & Mini Session Guide which will outline everything you need to know about getting the most from your session.

It’s been a matter of can or can’t I for a while when it comes to these Christmas Mini’s! With the current restrictions in Regional Victoria, the AIPP has had to work hard to have clear clarification around the wearing of masks whilst having your photos taken. I am excited to announce that we finally have what we need to make it all systems go!!!

Covid-19 has created a whole lot of challenges, I’ll brief you on all your requirements after you book, but know this – thanks to the super hard work by AIPP Victoria, you can get your photos done without your mask!
